WokWednesdays: Stir-Fried Garlic Spinach
This recipe Stir-Fried Garlic Spinach kicked off my first blog cooking experience. It was also the start of a Wok Wednesdays a blog group that cooks together biweekly using Garce Young's book Stir-Frying To The Sky's Edge. I love Grace Youngs' recipes and am so excited to be participating in this group!
This recipe was so simple: Peanut Oil, Garlic, Spinach, Sugar and Salt. I substituted Tatsoi and Komatsuna for the spinach to use up what I had in the house.
Here are the greens and garlic stir-frying. It smelt fantastic!
And tasted FABULOUS! We had it with spare ribs that I marinated in soy sauce, rice wine, brown sugar, garlic and ginger and my own fried rice with carrots, shrimp, peas and freekeh rather than rice. So GOOD!
Wow, I consider myself knowledgeable about food, but I am totally at a loss for what vegetable you used instead of spinach. Otherwise, your dinner looks delicious. Like the spare ribs.

Interesting greens! I've never heard of them before. I might have to remove more of the stems if I try them... Or at least chop them up. Thanks for posting.
